| Materials Due to natural characteristics of materials used; variations are likely to occur in colour, tone, size and grain. All sizes quoted are approximate. It is the customers responsibility to advise Hardwood Signs of any minimum or maximum dimensions at the time of order. In view of the personalised nature of the said items, refunds will not be issued once work has commenced. Due to the treatment process, several days will elapse between commencement and finish, this in the main will be due to the drying periods between finishing materials. Postage It remains the responsibility of the customer to provide hardwoodsigns.co.uk with the correct postage address for delivery, the inclusive postage cost covers delivery to that address only. Hardwoodsigns.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any third party trade disputes that are affective in the late arrival of the product to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify hardwoodsigns.co.uk of any damages / queries within 3 days of receipt of goods. Payment. Customers should be aware payment is received by hardwoodsigns.co.uk through Pay Pal and their terms and conditions apply in this respect. Please make Cheques payable to K. Hewitt and any costs incurred in respect of a failed cheque clearance will be recovered from the customer and all outstanding debts of more than 30 days will carry a 5% above the Bank of England base rate penalty charge. Completion of goods could take up to 28 days. Work will commence immediately after clearance of payment has been received from the customer.
